Welcome to Big Ron BBQ. These terms keep things fair and simple. Big Ron respects the rules of the grill, and we ask the same of everyone at the site.

The Agreement

By using bigronbbq.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

Product photos are accurate, though screens and lighting vary. Sizes, materials, and package contents are stated on each product page and control over any other description. Each order includes exactly what the product page says it includes.

Returns and the Big Ron Guarantee

Every order is covered by the Big Ron Guarantee, set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, we do not operate a physical returns program, so you are never required to ship an item back to us. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will refund or replace it at no cost to you, and you keep the item. The Guarantee does not cover change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, who keep a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in the Refund Policy.

Safe Use

Our products are grilling tools. They get hot during use. Handle hot items with tongs or gloves, let everything cool before rinsing, keep children away from the grill, and use products only as intended. Big Ron BBQ is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse.

Pricing and Payment

Prices display in your local currency where supported; the store's base currency is Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change at any time, but changes never apply to orders already placed. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Promotions, Discounts and Free Gifts

Discount codes and automatic offers carry the start dates, end dates, and conditions shown when they are offered, cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders, and may be withdrawn if abused. Only one discount code may be used per order. A code applies on top of any automatic free gift offers. Free gift offers apply automatically at checkout when your cart reaches the stated value and require no code. Free gift value is not redeemable for cash, and free promotional items are not separately refundable. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after any discount.

Orders and Cancellations

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an address cannot be validated, and orders we cancel are refunded in full. Because fulfillment begins as soon as an order is placed so that your gear ships quickly, orders cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer once they have been placed, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or other non-waivable consumer right applies. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Big Ron name, character, images, and copy, belongs to Big Ron BBQ and may not be used without written permission. Big Ron built his legend one sausage at a time. He intends to keep it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Ron BBQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved with us directly will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of the country or state where you live, and where those rights conflict with these terms, those rights apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
