Big Ron ships free and tracked. He likes people to know exactly where he stands.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Delivery Times

United States and Canada: typically 7 to 12 business days after processing. Europe and Latin America: typically 10 to 20 business days after processing. Every order ships with tracking at no charge. Delivery estimates are typical, not guaranteed; carriers occasionally run late and that is between us and the carrier, not something we leave you alone with.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your government, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not collected or refundable by Big Ron BBQ. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, the order is treated as a return and return shipping and customs costs are deducted from any refund.

Shipping Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Email support@bigronbbq.com immediately if you spot a mistake; we can update an address only before the order ships. Orders shipped to an address the customer entered incorrectly are not eligible for a refund, though we will always help you chase the package.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund confirmed lost packages. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
