Big Ron has never let a cookout down. If something about your order is not right, the team makes it right, fast and without the hassle of shipping anything back. That is the code of the grill.
Our 30 Day Guarantee
We do not accept physical returns, which means you never pay to ship an item back to us. Instead, if anything is wrong with your order, we solve it directly. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out.
Damaged, Faulty, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, not as described, or the wrong item, email support@bigronbbq.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will refund or replace it, your pick, at no cost to you and with nothing to send back. If tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, contact us within 5 days and we open a carrier trace and make it right.
Change of Mind
Because every order ships directly from our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for the wrong item ordered by the customer, or for buyer's remorse. Please check your order carefully before you place it.
European Union and United Kingdom Customers
If you order from the EU or UK, you keep your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will process it in line with your rights, without requiring you to ship the item back.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The moment you order, fulfillment begins immediately so your gear ships as fast as possible, which means there is no cancellation window.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional days to post it. Refunds cover the amount actually paid after any discounts. Free promotional items have no cash value and cannot be refunded on their own.
Discounts
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Talk to Us First
Whatever went wrong, email support@bigronbbq.com before disputing a charge with your bank. A human answers within 1 business day and can almost always fix it faster than a dispute, which freezes the money on both sides for weeks. Disputes filed on orders that tracking shows as delivered, or without contacting us first, are contested with full shipping and delivery evidence.
